Revenue operations consulting
Your forecast is leaking. Here is roughly how much.
Stage definitions drift. Tools overlap. Reps spend their week in the CRM instead of in deals. None of it shows on a dashboard, all of it shows in the number. Move the sliders below and see the arithmetic.

Where I have already done this
Not frameworks. Systems that shipped.
Scaled Salesforce from a small instance to the full org at 100% adoption. Custom flows, dashboards and automation built from scratch.
Lead conversion up 30%, meetings up 25% through inside sales campaigns across US and EU. Supported $30M+ in pipeline across the engagement.
Built and maintained a contact database across Fortune 500 accounts in US, EU and APAC, on a $2.8M annual martech budget.
Consolidated the GTM tech ecosystem for the revenue org. Cut vendor spend while improving cross-team data flow.
Deployed generative AI use cases in the GTM workflow, giving reps prospect intelligence three times faster.
Founding RevOps and CS hire. Built the post-sale revenue system: onboarding, health scoring, QBR cadence, expansion triggers.

Services
Two ways to work with me.

Book a call for projects
Defined start, deliverable and price. For a specific problem you already know you have.

the map
How I think
Three revenue models. One conversation.
Acquisition through expansion, one shape.
Maps the buyer journey from first touch through to retention and expansion. Two funnels meeting at the close: pre-sales on the left, post-sales on the right.
- Fixing the Sales to CS handoff at the middle so nothing drops
- Building expansion triggers into the right side from usage or renewal signals
- Instrumenting both funnels into one view RevOps can actually run
Every stage means the same thing to every rep.
Tracks pipeline from raw lead through MQL, SQL, opportunity, closed-won and beyond. The frame most orgs already live in, and the one where definitions drift the moment three people touch the CRM.
- Nailing stage exit criteria so Stage 3 in SF matches Stage 3 in Berlin
- Building validation that keeps stages honest in Salesforce or HubSpot
- Closing the loop from marketing source to finance-reported revenue
Actually measure movement between stages.
Acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue. Almost every SaaS deck uses it. Very few teams have the data to populate it stage by stage.
- Instrumenting each stage across CRM and product analytics
- Wiring the join between product signals and revenue systems
- Building cohort views so you see movement, not aggregate totals

Things I built and run.
I do not just advise on revenue systems. I build and operate the businesses that use them.
Client tracking
You see every hour, as it is logged.
Hourly work gets logged the same day with a line of context. You open one link and see the running total in USD, what is unbilled, invoiced and paid. Pay from the same page through Razorpay.
Questions
Before you ask.
What does a RevOps consultant actually do?
A revenue operations consultant makes the numbers a company runs on trustworthy and the systems behind them work. In practice that means aligning how sales, marketing, customer success and finance define shared metrics, then building that agreement into the CRM through fields, validation, automation and reporting. It also covers tool consolidation, data hygiene, forecast process, lead routing, territory and quota design, and integrations between GTM tools.
Who do you work with?
Series B to Series D B2B SaaS companies, usually 50 to 500 people, where a CRO, VP RevOps, VP Sales or founder owns the forecast. I work with teams in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and APAC, remotely from Bengaluru, overlapping US mornings and European afternoons.
Is the leak audit number real?
It is directional. The multipliers are industry medians and they are printed next to each line so you can argue with them. It tells you the order of magnitude and where the biggest line sits, which is usually enough to decide whether this is worth a conversation. The real number needs access to your CRM and takes about a week.
How does pricing work?
Two shapes. Hourly consulting is billed in USD and logged in a live tracker you can open at any time, good for ongoing work. Project work is fixed scope, priced after a discovery call, billed by milestone, good when you have a specific outcome in mind. No retainers you cannot exit.
How do I pay, and in what currency?
Invoices are in USD. Payment runs through Razorpay, which accepts international cards, and Indian clients can pay by UPI, netbanking or domestic card. The pay button sits inside the hour tracker so the amount always matches the hours shown.
Do you work in Salesforce or HubSpot?
Both. Salesforce is the deeper specialism, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Flows, custom objects, integrations and admin. On HubSpot I handle full GTM operations, lifecycle stages, workflows and reporting, plus HubSpot to Salesforce sync when both are in play.
Which revenue model do you work in?
Whichever one your team already uses. I am fluent in the bowtie model covering acquisition through expansion, the lead-to-revenue lifecycle covering marketing through finance, and AARRR pirate metrics for growth-stage instrumentation. The model is the map. The work is the plumbing underneath it.
How fast can you start?
A discovery call goes on the calendar the same week. Hourly work usually starts within a few days of a signed scope. Project work starts within one to two weeks depending on shape and system access.
